TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if any products you have ordered are not available.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

We accept payment via PayPal,

UK standard delivery is charged at £3.50 and will be dispatched within 3-7 working days. At checkout you will be given an estimated delivery date for your order but in some cases we may not be able to provide this. Please call our Customer Service team  (see Contact Us) and we may be able to provide further information.

Our postal charges are per book ordered and are automatically set based on the average weight of books. If the books ordered are greatly in excess of the set rate, we will notify you by email and proceed with the order when you have confirmed acceptance.

Please note, if you have ordered more than one item, there’s a chance you may receive them in multiple deliveries. 
If you are buying more than one book we can normally reduce the postage by combining shipping, please ask about a combined postal rate.

RETURNS , EXCHANGE & REFUND

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to resolve the problem. We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods. To be eligible for a full refund, you can return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt of your order for a full refund to the original payment method used. You must ensure the products are returned to us within 28 days otherwise your refund may be refused.

Our returns policy entitles you to a refund for item(s) bought with a proof of purchase. Returned items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

For sale items purchased, we are happy to refund an item if you change your mind within 14 days of receipt.

If you would like to exchange a product, we suggest visiting our store (see Contact Us)  as we are unable to facilitate an exchange by post. Alternatively, you could place a subsequent order for the new product and return the original product as per our returns procedure.

We will also refund shipping costs if the return was a result of an error on our part. If the return was not as a result of our error, then you may be responsible for all shipping costs. The shipping back of any such returns should be arranged and paid for by you, the customer. You should ensure to take reasonable care of the product whilst it is in your possession. Failure to do so may affect our ability to issue a full credit.

Any items returned must be in original and fully resalable condition

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

In the unlikely event that your goods are delivered faulty or damaged, or that your order is incorrect, please contact  us and we will be happy to assist you in arranging a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to view and assess any faulty or damaged item before issuing a replacement or refund.
